 + -1 moreThis went well for a year, and then they started missing pickups. A lot of pickups. We started looking like crazy people. Their customer service is a disaster on the phone. Long waits, hung up on, no action. Their last pickup is today. I did, however, like that they had big recycling bins.

 + -1 moreI pay a negotiated rate form Homeowners Assn. WM did not grant me the rate at the time it was awarded and then charged me late charges for short payments. On the phone I was told it was all taken care of and yet it never has been and they claim I was late in paying bills I never received.

Description of Work: I use Waste Management for garbage collection. They come on Wednesdays to pick up the garbage.

 + -1 moreThey are very good. At one time they had some trash that fell off their truck and into our street in front of our house after they dumped our trash. I was getting ready to leave town and I called them and told them that their guys left all this trash in front of my house. They came and cleaned it up very quickly. I was impressed with that.
Description of Work: We use Waste Management for our trash pickup. We also do our recycling with them.
