They removed the trash container from front yard as scheduled. I would do it differently next time, as the cost was rather high compared with the amount of trash removed.

I have used WM since 2008, other than a few bright moments I have never been impressed. They stopped today and only picked up two bags of recycling and left the rest sitting there while I watched them.  They never touched the trash.  I called the Acworth, Ga office.  I was $15 short by their records.  I went ahead and paid them but they did not return to pick up anything. They are always raising their rates, and I guess the other $80 I sent was only good for two bags of recycling.  They leave cans in front of the drive way and their only electronic billing involves setting up another account with them. (Send it to my bank so I don't have to worry about your lack of Internet security) I would highly recommend you look at another company.

I don't like them. I went through a winter hell wherein everything got frozen over and it took them 4 weeks to come back to the regular cycle instead of offering a different option or coming during the weekend to pick up trash. If I put leaves or grass in the side they do not pick it up anymore either. They are just keeping the price to where it is but taking everything away. I saw who was in the area and they were there; I just have not changed because I am too lazy right now. They have taken away quality but they do pick it usually early in the morning and do a good job. They seem like they don't want to help; they just want to do their business. I have seen them pick up something1 from the ground put it in the garbage can and then flip it back in. They are usually punctual except for the last week since it was snowing.

They come every Monday (unless its a holiday) and take our stuff away. They also take our yard waste.

We've been using them for the last 15 months. They are good.
