Sam Betts from Vital Air was our service technician. He was nice, respectful of our home and very knowledgable. He checked the unit and the air controls in our home. He changed the air filters and helped us to make a determination about our capacitor. He never pressured us. He he made us feel as though he truly cared about the longevity and effectiveness of our system. Thank you Sam and Vital Air.

I had a crack in my furnace's heat exchange. After Atlanta Gas Light came, I called Vital Air and they came when promised. Within a short time frame, I had pricing and was scheduled. The gentlemen that came out to do the work were professional and very friendly. The price was great, service was outstanding but they really took the time to point out features on the system and even advised that my local gas and electric company offered rebates. Definitely calling them in the future and recommending to my friends.

What a great experience. The team at Vital Air took care of us from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The system they recommended is very efficient, and we noticed a difference immediately. It runs half the time of our old unit. I would definitely recommend Vital Air for HVAC service.

Raymond and Rodney are the best. I originally had another company come out when my HVAC wasn't cooling. After 4 days with no resolution, I called Raymond. Over the phone he walked me through a process to get temporary relief, then he and Rodney came to my home the next day. Within 2 hours, they had my system fixed (including fixing mistakes by another company), and now I am comfortably cool. Raymond and Rodney explained everything, worked efficiently, and had great customer service. They know what they are doing and truly care about their customers. I will definitely be using their services and recommend them to anyone in need of service.

The technician replaced the coil and got the unit up and running. I've been pleased overall with the services of Vital Air. I was taken aback by the labor charge, since the part itself was under warranty.

The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He identified the source of a freon leak and added freon to the system. An evaporator coil will have to be ordered and installed.

Very responsive, emails when installer on way and for appointment times. They cleaned up after themselves. Minimum punchlist items and scheduled that at my convenience. Price was much better than competitor. Would definitely hire again.

You guys. Wow. I don’t leave reviews, but these guys deserve it. I own 4 homes and have lots of hvac needs. I have bounced around to many companies and my search has ended. Raymond and his team are next level attentive and capable. I truly don’t have service like this from any other person I work with. They go above and beyond in professionalism and capability. They make my life so much easier and I trust them completely. I know it sounds crazy to be this enthusiastic about an hvac company, but if you try them I bet you will happily leave a similar review.

I wish I could give Vital Air Services more than 5 stars for the work they did. This company is awesome! We needed a split air conditioning system replaced quickly at our business and called a few highly recommended companies. Of all these companies, Vital air Services was the most professional, knowledgeable, organized and detailed of them all. They returned calls quickly and patiently explained the whole process to us. For these aforementioned reasons, we decided to go with them. On the day the work was done, we received regular email updates as to when our technicians would be arriving and because they worked after our closing hours, we also received email updates when they finished the work and how the installation went. They also cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We highly recommend Vital Air Services

My system is a Daiken and not real familiar to me. Twyla has always been very friendly and welcoming on the phone and gives me reminders when service is due. I have had 3 different service people come to the house in the 2 years of having this unit. Each person has been professional and knowledgeable. Rodney came out today. I have no desire to change companies and I would highly recommend Vital Air Services. The programmable thermostat I use is a bit confusing to me and the field service people have been very patient with me in explaining (over and over) this thing. I will surely love it once I fully figure it out. Twyla is always careful to let me know exactly who will be coming to my door and I appreciate that. I trust this company....and that is something these days.

Vital Air services was excellent. My AC went out. My son referred another company. It was 90 degree and they didn't show up for 10 days. Everyday was an excuse. My friend said I'm calling Vital Air Services. They called that day and came out to repair the next. They were amazing. I will always call Vital Air Services first in the future.

Excellent! Alex arrived on time and performed the service. He was polite and very professional. Vital Air informs you by text and e-mail who your service professional will be, including a picture and a bio. This is a well-run company with a very friendly vibe.
