VINTAGE LANDSCAPING INC

I requested a quote to clean all leaves and debris from my yard, including an extensive about of leaves behind the garage. the quote seemed reasonable, and I told Vintage that I wanted to have the work done. They agreed to do the work in a week, and I asked that they call me before they came because I wanted to be home. Instead, they did not notify me, and came on a day when I was out of town. They used the outside spigot, which sprung a leak, and they did not notify me. In addition, they did not clear all of the leaves - there were pockets of leaves all over the yard in addition to the pile behind the garage. When I confronted them about the leaking hose, they lied and said that the spigot was covered with pine straw. I know this spigot was not covered because we had recently had freezing weather and I had tried to disconnect the hose from the spigot. They did come back a second time and got the leaves from behind the garage, but left pockets of leaves throughout the yard. They stated that they did not realize that these leaves needed to be removed when they quoted the work. On the second visit, they broke the gate to my fence, and did not tell me about it.
