Their services were awesome! Detail oriented, great suggestions, eye for design and discussions to keep costs down. They were willing to make changes and work with the timeline efficiently. The custom kitchen was high end and the finished work was the envy of all. Work space was left clean .

I needed to resurface my floors after years of use and Moran got the A team in to knock it out masterfully. They were able to fix repairs I didn't think were possible to fix, especially how quickly it was done. Every little detail that I wanted address Vered Renovations was able to address and at a fair price.

Moran and his team are excellent! He renovated our kitchen which involved taking down a few walls and re-routing plumbing and electrical as well as refinishing the hardwood flooring. He is a great communicator and we were very happy throughout the process and with the end result. He gives very accurate quotes and communicates well about any changes. Before meeting with Moran, I wasn't sure my vision was possible but he made it happen! Our kitchen is beautiful and we are so excited to cook in it now. I would recommend Vered Renovations for any project and I'm sure we'll be using them for another project soon.

We have hired Vered Renovations for several big projects, including rebuilding the front porch of our 1910 home and installing a new vanity in a bathroom. We couldn't think of a better person to turn to to replace and renovate two floors in our house, including subfloor installing in the replaced floor and shoring up the work under the house. Vered Renovations completed two projects for us: a half renovation of the main shower and wood floor repair. We are very pleased with the outcome of both projects and Vered Renovations is our go-to contractor for any future work. Why choose Vered Renovations? - Honesty: We cannot stress this enough. Details of Projects Main shower renovation included removing shower floor and tile halfway up the wall, installing new shower pan, waterproofing, and matching existing wall tile. Floor repair project included installing heart pine wood planks to repair 12”x12” hole, replacement of cracked and sagging wood plank, and minor crack repair. Floors were made of 100+ year heart pine.

We completely renovated our Master Bath and could not have been any happier with Vered Renovations. Moran and his team were fantastic! Five things that really set him apart from other contractors we've worked with in the past were 1) we had to live through the construction and Moran took great measures to minimize the disturbance to our living areas, 2) Moran has a great eye for detail and sometimes noticed things that I had not, 3) when there was a very minor issue, Moran was upfront and proactively let us know that he made a mistake and was taking care of it, 4) we weren't completely satisfied with the work of one of the sub contractors and Moran had them re-do it, and 5) on several occasions, Moran would call to let us know that there was some unexpected issue, but in the same conversation he would also let us know he came up with a solution and took care to it. All of that was very reassuring. Bottom line, Moran was extremely reliable, professional and great to work with. He clearly communicated where we were in the process and the time frame for the rest of the project. We are about to start a much larger construction project and look forward to working Moran and Vered Renovations again.

Vered & Team have been with us for over 8 years. From the initial move into our new new abode to the last coat of paint on our 3 story home he has served our needs well. We appreciate his attention to detail, his willingness to take on projects that are smaller and detailed. He does stand by his craftsmanship and warranty of work. Although Vered does sometimes use subs for larger jobs he checks in on a regular basis. We look forward to hiring the team for the next job.

It went very well considering I travel a lot for work. Moran and his crew did a great job.

Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects.

They really did an outstanding job. The house is only 6 years old and you cannot tell that the walls we moved were not the way the home was originally built. There were a couple of small "surprises" that came up as they got into the demo but Moran and Stephen had ideas to solve them and the extra costs were quite fair. The addition of the screened porch was very complex due to existing roof lines and an existing outdoor fireplace. We had quotes all over the board with one more than double what Vered Renovations charged us. Moran kept wanting to save us money by pushing towards a different roofing solution than metal. But, the home is a million dollar home and metal was the right solution. He got 3 quotes on the metal roof to make sure we were getting a good price. The porch has lighting, fans, skylights, tray ceiling and tongue and groove flooring. The ceiling price looked like it was going to blow the budget but we found shiplap at Home Depot for a very good price and Moran gave us a credit back for the lower cost material. But, the ceiling is exactly what we envisioned in the first place. Everyone who comes into the house is blown away by the porch and how much it looks like it has been there all along. After the job was finished, we had a minor roof leak where the metal roof tied into the existing shingle roof and it was fixed with a couple of days of us calling. Pricing was quite detailed so we had no disputes on where adjustments were needed due to changes from the original scope. For us, it is very important that nobody can tell that a renovation was not part of the original house. This renovation met and exceeded that criteria.

Clean up was a little spotty, but the work was great. The price was good. The quality was a B because the cleanup was just like "OK" there was a little bit of grout on the tile. Otherwise, I really liked the job they did. They could have done a little more exact around the edges, but overall I'm s happy.

Moran and the crew did an excellent job in our kitchen renovation. We had to tear up part of a wall, put up drywall in another section, replace the floor, replace all cabinets and counter top, move some appliances, install a tile backsplash and build a pantry. We had worked with Moran in the past and gave us some tips to select the materials and set up the design. We had some custom features in our final design that created some issues for the installation (e.g. to level the wall cabinets and the pantry), and they came up with creative solutions to make it work. At one point we had a misunderstanding about placement of some cabinets, and they removed them and reinstalled them without extra charges and always with great attitude. The work looks great, the price was reasonable and we are very pleased with the results. We are thinking about other ideas and we'll be sure to call Vered Renovations when we are ready.

Moran was terrific throughout, despite some scheduling difficulties (and changes to what we wanted him to do) on our part. We are very happy with the work he did renovating our condo and would happily use him again in the future.

Moran and his crew were experienced, professional, punctual and communicative throughout the whole process. They worked every day, and the job was completed in about 2 weeks. Our only regret is that we were not more specific with our description of the finishing details we wanted and would recommend to others that more description, measurement and detail is better than less when explaining how final trim/details should look. The floor finishing looks especially great, and the color was matched perfectly. The floor contractors did a great job and carefully covered furniture with plastic. I'm glad we had an extended discussion on how the final finishing/buffing of the floor would go in places where the new work blended into the existing floor, to avoid obvious lines where the sheen differs. At the end of the job, all job waste was hauled away with no mess left over.

I have used Vered Rennovations over the years for all of the services listed above. I highly recommend V.R. to anyone that is looking for a company that is extremely reliable with a superior level of service, broad range of capabilities, exceptional quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism, knowledgeable and qualified staff/team that shows up and completes projects on schedule and budget, as promised. The best part is, they listen, ask questions and keep an open line of communication with you through the entire project. No surprises...just exceptional work!

Moran was very responsive and got in touch with me over both Angie's List messages (which I didn't see) and called me. He came to the house and was thorough in going over the process of what needed to happen. The project was planned in less than a week, and he was flexible when I had to move the date of service back three days because of unexpected work conflicts. Moran and his team did good work and kept me informed when unexpected service was necessary and how much it would cost -- the pedestal was a little too short and they had to move the sink down about an inch. Otherwise, everything looks good, works well and they kept their workplace clean. I was present for about 80% of the project but had to leave for work before they finished. When I got home, I found a fairly significant crack in one of the globes that unfortunately went unnoticed during the installation process. Moran replaced the globe for me withing 24 hours, despite starting on another project. Overall, we are happy with the work and would definitely use them again.
