I have worked with them over the years, for about 6-7 years. Our house has two furnaces. We had used their service for the basement furnace. I have a high level of confidence in their abilities. They are persistent with trouble shooting until they find the problem. They will then sit down and discuss the options with you so you can make an informed decision. The installation went very well.
