I WOULD SAY IT IS GENERALLY RESPONSIVE AND GENERALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE NOT PERFECT EVERY TIME. THEY ARE REASONABLY EFFICIENT. THEY DO PACK, AND THEY DO A NICE JOB. THEY'RE CERTAINLY ADEQUATE. THEY ARE NOT PERFECT EVERY TIME. I WOULD GIVE THEM A or B.
