The owner started to do the original estimate, but it was written up by someone who was new. The owner did not take responsibility and was curt, rude and argumentative. They seemed very disorganized and could not find the original paperwork. The person who spoke with us on the phone had very slurred speech. I just felt they did not care about there customers or their business.

1.  Called Dent Wizard to find their proper name is Unique Auto Appearance Inc. 
2.  Dropped by for the estimate which was done fairly quickly and then scheduled the repair work. 
3.  Problem on the 17th when I arrived for my noon appointment, they were overbooked thus instead of a two day job it was going to take five days. Dropped off the car. 
4.  Thursday July 20, 2013 the owner called to let me know she was going out of town and I could pay in advance by phone in order to pick up my car on Friday. I did not give my CC number over the phone preferring to come to the shop and observe the progress . . .I was only comfortable paying in advance because of the reception of the owner. 
5.  The shop called me on Friday afternoon to ask if I had a spare set of keys so that they could lock the keys in the car and I could pick it up anytime I wanted. 
6.  I arrived inspected the superb job done and left with the car; the quotes for this same service was $1200-$1500 from all other collision repair shops and they claimed they would have to remove the bumper and replace it with a factory, prepainted one . . . the job this business did on my car was exceptional.

I had made an appointment the previous day for window tinting. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. There is a comfortable waiting area. They sub-contract the work, so my car was taken to a nearby location to get completed. Everyone was very friendly and treated me great! I was told 2 hours for the work so I left the car with them and ran errands. In 2 hours, i received a call that the car was ready. It looked phenomenal! Couldn't be happier. They offer a lifetime warranty for their tint which is great since this is not a fly-by-night business.

On maybe 8 or nine different occasions, I've used Dent Wizard for my auto body repair and paint. I have an Infinity with Majestic Green paint that's hard to get right, and they seem to always accomplish a more than satisfactory result. There's also an Enterprise directly across the street that they give discounts for. So whether you just want to get some minor dings repaired while you wait or get one or two small, medium or large nicks painted/fixed, up to major body repair and paint. Even window nick fixes or replacements, this high tech company is hassle free, very price competitive and focuses on satisfying the customer.
