TUXEDO PLUMBING HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I am writing this review on a Friday night as Wayne is here saving our butts yet again. We have a 4 month old baby, heat is out on a cold night and in an emergency tuxedo is here! This is the third time Wayne has been out in a pinch. He’s such an honest and reliable guy. He will not try to upsell you or give you more than you need. I can’t say enough positive things about tuxedo. Thank you again Wayne and team, y’all are amazing.

Wayne and his crew were very responsive and efficient.  I called him up Wednesday, he inspected our place Thursday, and had the work done by Friday.  If you are looking for an affordable professional plumber that isn't going to overcharge you and be honest with you, Wayne is your guy.  Would definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs..

Completely awesome!!! We noticed that our basement was taking on water Sunday evening. (The Sunday prior to Christmas) After talking to several plumbers we hit upon Tuxedo Plumbing. Wayne was knowledgeable and networked to find us a replacement pump at 11pm Sunday night. He located one pump but thought the seller wanted too much for it. (I appreciate a guy who looks out for my $ the way he looks out for his own $.) Anyway, Wayne arrived around midnight with a friendly demeanor and took care of business. A bit later we had a new pump and a dry floor. Total charge was $350. To say the least we were thrilled! We will completely use this company again.

Bought a fixer upper and had Tuxedo Plumbing come by to give me an estimate on some plumbing problems and they also advised they do gas line work and HVAC. So I hired them to do the plumbing and to bring some of my gas line issues found by the home inspector into code. Great price and great service. I highly recommend Tuxedo Plumbing.

They were great. They were the highest quality plumbing company that I have used.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE RATED POSITIVELY. THE PLUMBER TOOK A PIECE OF THE FAUCET TO ORDER REPLACEMENT AND PROMISED TO RETURN THE NEXT WEEK. HE DID NOT. WE CALLED AND MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, BUT HE MISSED THAT ONE AS WELL. WE CALLED THE OFFICE AND FOUND THEY HAD ALREADY SENT A BILL, EVEN THOUGH THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED. THEY MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER PLUMBER IN THE OFFICE, AND WHEN HE CAME, HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN ANOTHER DAY AFTER ORDERING A PART. HE DID NOT RETURN. WE FOUND ANOTHER PLUMBER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. OFFICE STAFF APPEAR TO HAVE NO IDEA WHERE PLUMBERS ARE AT ANY TIME. OFFICE STAFF PROMISED TO CALL BACK REPEATEDLY BUT DID NOT. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
