Our move with Truck and I was absolutely hassle free. They were punctual and very careful with all of our furniture and appliances. Nothing got a scratch or messed up. They were polite and very efficient. No doubt we will use them again. Have never had a moving experience this great!

REVIEW UPDATE: 11/29/2017 Since writing my review last week, I have been in touch with the claims department and the gentleman I spoke with has advised that Truck and I will be repairing my desk and returning it to me. Since that was the only issue I had when I wrote my original review, I am updating my review and some of my previous ratings. **** ORIGINAL REVIEW: not so well. this was the 3rd time I used truck and I. the previous 2 moves went great. this time, not so much. crew came late b/c their truck broke down but to their credit, they provided a third man to move me at no additional cost. so, so far, I was not upset. when the foreman went thru my home to make sure he understand what was being moved, I mentioned that my computer desk was made of particle board, needed to be handled carefully. during the move, I asked him at least 4 times to not forget about being extra careful with the desk. about 1 hr into the move, I saw 1 of the movers calling out to the foreman. he moved the desk himself, instead of having a man on each side to move the desk and so, the desk got ripped apart at the screws. instead of saying I'm sorry, the foreman began telling me the desk had been repaired before and it wasn't their fault. I owned the desk for 9 years, truck and I moved the same desk prior to this move but they were careful. the desk was never repaired where he said it was. now, i'm dealing with the claims department and so far, I am concerned about how they will compensate me. I will update my review if I receive appropriate compensation but at this time, I would not recommend this company for a move. aside from the desk, however, everything else was moved without damage, although I also had to stop the movers because they didn't properly wrap my mattress and I was concerned it would have gotten dirty the way they had it wrapped. it all added to my stress level.

Fair. When I placed my order I specifically stated that the bathroom needed the most work and scrubbing. The two ladies sent out were punctual and polite but did not seem to understand he concept of a inning or using a little "elbow grease". I also got the carpets cleaned. The man doing the carpets seemed to be the manager and when he arrived he made one of the ladies work more on the bathroom. I had to go through the house with my own cleaner and "scrub" other areas in in the house that the women would not scrub. I did add on the carpet cleaning after I placed the original order and I was accommodated and the carpets turned out well.

They did a great job. High energy and immediately started working upon arrival. Great teamwork among the team and constant communication with me.

The actual moving crew was amazing and I would have given them an A if it were not for the office staff. The crew arrived late but they called me to explain why and they were very fast and polite. I brought them breakfast and water for the move and they were exceptional! The office staff receives an F (if I could rate it lower, I would) because of how they lacked in being able to explain the fees and then being overwhelmingly rude as I attempted to determine where the miscommunication was. In fact, Alba interrupted me while I explained an additional charge that was not explained to me prior to inform me that, "This is a business, not a charity." Her comment was completely uncalled for and created hostility. For someone who said she was management when I asked to speak to someone above her, she did not handle the situation like a manager would. She had a rude tone and made rude comments because she didn't want to admit she didn't inform me of the additional charge, even though when I spoke with her for the quote I had specifically asked about it. One of the reasons we booked with the company was because they didn't charge bogus fees but, alas, that was not the case when it came time to pay. In the end, she ended up getting rid of the charge because I was not going to pay for something that had not been explained to me in the quote. Unfortunately, she would not accept the 5% discount for Angie's List I was supposed to get so I ended up being overcharged based on her inability to explain charges. She only got rid of the charge I had not been informed of when I insisted that I speak to a manager because she was being very rude and interrupted me. I will NOT be using them again on the sole basis of how she treated me as a paying customer at the end. As a note to management, you need to better teach your office staff how to explain charges and maybe even get her some management training if she is really in that role. Right now, she will cause you to lose a lot of business because of her unprofessional handling of the situation. If I could skip working with the office to book, I would and I would recommend them but a paying customer never deserves to be spoken to in that manner because of an error on the part of the office staff.

They were amazing. From start to finish of a very long hot day the 9 men never stopped. Their attitudes were so upbeat -and I have 2 pianos! Did not faze them at all. Moved 4 bedrooms, 8 couches, 3 large dining tables, and all of the stuff that comes with raising children and living. They were careful with everything, not one thing was damaged. Two other moving companies told me it would take 2 days, and after going through the move I can see why. But they got it done in one. I think it's because they had such a large team on it, and each team member knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them!

Was an overall great experience. There was a mechanical issue with one of the trucks but it was handled quickly and only delayed us a few minutes. All of the movers were friendly, worked cheerfully and quickly. They did anything we asked of them. They asked good questions in order to get everything the way I wanted it. Would definitely recommend them, particularly Ricardo's team.

This company is by the far the best moving company that I have worked with. I've used movers about 10 times in my life and each time there is something that makes me uncomfortable or frustrated. Not this time!
Truck and i does a fantastic job. They make you feel comfortable and confident that they're going to do a good job right from the beginning.
They brought 4 guys. Two spoke English well and the other two didn't speak much English. I primarily spoke with the crew leader. Each person was very nice and very careful with every piece of furniture.
They also moved very fast, not wasting a single minute.
They put runners on the ground to protect it, they cover all the furniture in blankets and they ensure you are satisfied.
You should definitely use this company if you are thinking of moving.

They gave me packing materials as requested . On the day of the move they came in at 9:30am , they worked so efficiently and professionally. They had me loaded and unloaded in 7 hrs total . Not one scratch or bump on any surface in my new home . They were very polite put things exactly where I wanted them . I was extremely happy with the work they did and will use them if ever I have to move.

The truck and movers arrived on time and quickly got to work.  They moved all of my furniture and belongs with great care.  No damages and were done my quickly then I would have thought.  Price was great also.  My move was only 10 miles, but the move from the apartment was at least 10 miles of walking.  My friend used a different service to move 2 blocks and paid 3 times the price.
