first of all, the quality of work was excellent. I am quite pleased. However, I requested that half of the cushions be completed first so we would have something to sit on in the meantime. I believed that request would be honored but I received a call while I was out of town and told they needed all of the cusions before they could start. When I delivered the remaining cushions, I was told to expect the work to be finished in a week. It took two weeks. Also, information on the Top Notch website is incorrect, including the Saturday hours and one of the telephone numbers. They do good work but need to improve communications.

They did an excellent job  -  were very polite and helpful.   I would certainly use them again.

I called all the companies listed with Angie's List in my area and Top Notch gave me the best price. Not only was I extremely pleased with their pricing, the work was excellent and it only took one week for the turnaround. The staff is pleasant to work with and I will certainly go back for any future upholstery needs.

Dan and Larry were able to come out and look at the furniture within a day or two of my initial call. They provided a written estimate, told me how much yardage to buy, and told us the pieces would be done within two weeks. They were particularly helpful with the rattan sofa, which has wicker inserts that needed special attention. Top Notch saved us a bundle by suggesting alternatives to the very pricey repair quote we'd received from another company. They picked up and delivered everything for a small fee (delivery charges were less than a competitor's quote and the upholstery work itself was comparably priced.) The work was actually finished and delivered slightly ahead of schedule! All the furniture looks terrific.

They did a great job! You cannot tell where they replaced the leather and they suggested a lower cost material to use which still looks great!

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. HAVE A HUGE SELECTION OF FABRIC.
