Top-Notch Animal Control is a small family owned and operated wildlife removal company . Our commitment is to providing timely, safe and affordable service on every job, big or small, but most of all, we promise results. A proper inspection is the most important part of every job, this is where we will determine what animal is making the sounds that you are hearing and creating the damage that you may or may not be aware of, such as chewed wires and soiled insulation. We take digital photos so you can see firsthand what has to be done to make your home safe and rat free. Inspections normally take 45 to 70 minutes depending on the size of your home. We will determine what actions are necessary to solve the problem and explain to you step by step so you understand each procedure. With every inspection there is digital photos and a hand written quote.
