NOT HAPPY. WHILE MY PIANO WAS UNDER WARRANTY HE NEVER MENTIONED PROBLEMS IT HAD; HOWEVER, ONCE THE WARRANTY EXPIRED HE ADMITTED IT WAS NOT A GOOD INSTRUMENT. HIS LOYALTY WAS CLEARLY TO THE PIANO COMPANY AND NOT TO ME. I NEVER CALLED HIM AGAIN.
