THOMAS CONCRETE OF GEORGIA INC

In the beginning it seemed to go well but after about 2 years the driveway showed severe deterioration.  This was brought to the attention of the contractor and he had the Thomas Concreted representative visit, with him, to check out the situation.  The reaction of both parties is that there is a problem but neither will accept responsibility and have not been helpful in determining where the  problem originated.  At this point, the contractor is attempting to get some kind of resolution but Thomas Concrete is seemingly not at all interested in getting the problem taken care of.
At this point, these 2 parties have a customer who paid a lot of money to have a job done and the result is a poor result causing customer dis-satisfaction.

It went just about the way we expected it. We used tinted concrete so that the acidity from the leaves wouldn't turn it a different color. (We live in a heavily wooded area.) We went with a higher priced concrete because of that.

They were really nice as they had explained to me that the reason for the crack in my patio was because the foundation was too dry. I really don't remember the total cost, however, it was extremely reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

THE TRUCK DRIVER WAS PATIENT WITH US. THEY WAITED WITH US WHILE THE CONCRETE WAS UNLOADED.
