There are good days and bad days. The worst part of the experience would be getting a really clean toilet, which I've asked them about several times. They don't clean it like I would, which doesn't mean that they're wrong. It's just not what I would do. The best part is that they're very friendly. They do a fairly good job of vacuuming, I suppose. I suppose, I'll recommend them but I would say, "Make sure that they understand what you want." When I first started with these guys, I've had a previous maid service and my biggest complaint was that they started off with the same people and all of a sudden they would change almost every week. They assured me, "Oh we're not going to do that." But guess what? They did. They're good people still, but it's not what they said they were going to do.

I was not there to see the final product, but landlord said it looked spotless and I got my deposit back. I just left my key at the front desk and they came and took care of the cleaning.

They did not pay attention and damaged some of my stuff. They washed and scrapped paint off the toilet seat. They also damaged the blinds on my bedroom window. They also tore a plastic piece on my window treatment. I called to discuss the damage but the owner would not respond. He initially agreed to pay the damage but as I noticed more damage he would not call me back. The issue was not resolved. The price was also more than those I have used before. They made an effort but did not make good judgment. They were too vigorous and caused damage to my belongings.

I didn’t have any problems. There was a big turnover rate within the company, so there were different people cleaning each time. I moved out of the area, which is why I haven’t used them recently.

They were worth the money but they did not do a very thorough job. They were in and out within an hour and a half. They did not really move things in order to dust or clean. They were also prompt. Overall, the job was a lot to be desired and completed too quickly.

I wish you had called us right away to express your concerns so that we could resolve them right away. As for how efficiently our staff cleans,The Maids is the only residential cleaning service to clean homes in four-person teams. One person dusts, one vacuums, another cleans the bathrooms and the fourth person cleans the kitchen. Our 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System allows the team to power through a home like a well orchestrated machine, finishing the task much sooner than other service providers. However, with that said, our system normally provides a high level of quality, but in your case we obviously fell short. I will address your comments in our morning meeting as a training opportunity for staff. We take feedback, positive and negative, seriously. Thank you again for using The Maids."

They actually charged me more than they quoted over the phone. My sister and I spoke with them at different times but heard the same price independently of each other. They said they listened to the call and said they did not quote us the price we heard. I wish they would have handled the situation better. However, they did a good job on the home and the ladies were nice. I don't feel they communicated well. I did not want my money back but I wanted the owner to acknowledge that they made the mistake. Instead, he refused to listen or reason with me. I also had to contact them again to handle a few things because they tapered off towards the end of the job. I would not use them again because of their customer services. I did not appreciate their attitude.
