Holly was very professional and patient. Unlike other agents in the past, Holly did not try to stretch our budget. She stuck to our game plan. She spent hours over helping us research neighborhoods, schools and properties while we were in California. She was recommended by a friend of mine who had also recently transferred to Atlanta. He had a very good experience with Holly. She wasn't afraid to negotiate with sellers either, even when it looked like the sale might not happen and she might lose out on a commission. She appeared at all times to truly put her clients first, ahead of her own desire to get a sales commission. I think she truly saved us a good $20,000 on the ultimate purchase price. She's motivated, professional, and seems to have that intangible asset that knows how to bring the other side around to her client's way of thinking.
