I think they are great! They are here for 2 to 3 hours working hard. I smile everytime I see what they have done to my house. Well worth the money!

We were using them for six or seven months there was always a problem with them being on time. After last instance of a shouting match between Tina and myself on the phone we terminated our relationship with them.

I have a regular house cleaning service. They come every two weeks. You're never quite satisfied with things like that. I think for cleaning service, they're very good. I've been using them for a couple of years now.

Price is good. I am going to give her another chance and see how it goes from there.

After using this company for years, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning and am looking for another maid service to clean my house.  We have tried multiple crews from The Cleaning Authority.  They claim to vacuum the upholstery every visit.  I have never, ever once observed any of their maid teams vacuuming the upholstery anywhere in my house, and we have been at home for many, many, many of their cleanings.  Depending on the crew that was cleaning our house at the time, our hardwood floors have looked awful, or they did a bad job cleaning the shower, or the stove was not cleaned properly, etc....  I am just not pleased with this company.  Once I even caught one of their maids putting a bag of trash from my house into the trunk of their car.  Seriously!!  Who wants a maid to be going through all of the bills and things that they've thrown away?  I fussed at the maid and told her to go put it inside my garbage can that was in my garage.  (She claimed that she didn't know where the garbage can was.)  That was a bunch of baloney.  Anyway, I will NEVER, EVER be using this maid service again.  Very unsatisfied with the quality of the cleaning.

Different cleaners were assigned each time. After first 3 cleans, noticed a deterioration in quality of cleaning. Baseboards, range hood, not wiped down. Dirty sheets left in pile by bed. Kitchen floor spotty, objects not moved for dusting, only thing consistently done well was vacuuming. Also broke an object.

I have been very pleased with their work. They are a very reliable company. I have been using their services for over a year. They have two people come out, that can change but they do try to send the same workers each time.

I have decided to book this company for bi-monthly cleaning. They are pretty good

It has turned out great. They don't do window or carpet cleaning. They come out every 2 weeks. I started using them about 2 months ago. I am overall satisfied so far.

I PERSERVERED WITH ERIC PAI AND THE CLEANING AUTHORITY FROM THEIR INCEPTION TO THIS YEAR. ERIC IS WELL MEANING BUT INEFFECTIVE AS A SUPERVISOR OVER HIS CLEANERS. THEIR MISSES WERE FREQUENT AND ERIC WOULD HAVE TO COME CORRECT THESE, CAUSING ANOTHER INTRUSION INTO THE HOUSEHOLD. PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED DID NOT EQUAL THE $$ PAID. I WENT FROM SPENDING $111 A WEEK TO $111 EVERY OTHER WEEK IN ORDER TO CREATE A ''SAVINGS'' BECAUSE THE WEEKLY WORK WAS NO BETTER THAN THE EVERY OTHER WEEK WORK. TOILETS WERE NEVER SCOURED UNLESS I PROVIDED THE SCOURING CLEANER. LIKEWISE, I HAD TO PROVIDE THE STAINLESS STEAL CLEANER FOR THE STAINLESS APPLIANCES. CLEANERS WOULD NOT CLEAN OR DUST A SCREENED IN PORCH. CLEANERS WOULD NOT PERFORM TASKS SUCH AS CLEANING THE COFFEEPOT, WASHING DISHES IN THE KITCHEN SINK, OR LOADING THE DISHWASHER BECAUSE OF ALL THE VARIABLES INVOLVED. NOT MUCH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OVER A PERIOD OF 2+ YEARS, I AM VERY SAD TO SAY.
