Lee Smith has been the best real estate agent I have worked with. This is my 6th home. He was very knowledgeable about the Atlanta area, the real estate market and closing procedures. He responded to questions almost immediately and spent as much time as necessary at each showing until I was ready to leave. He arrived at each meeting prepared with information on each house i was interested in plus he would suggest areas and houses that matched my criteria. He was an assest at the closing, actually saved me money!

Melissa has taken time with us that she really does not have to help us. She is so helpful and so accommodating. She goes out of the way to be helpful. She will do stuff on the spot and she always answers the phone too. If Grant Park is where you want to live, she is the person to use. She goes above and beyond her call of duty and we so appreciated that.
