It went way better than I expected. Terry contacted me on Sunday after I sent a message on Saturday night. He came out after 6 on a weeknight to accommodate my schedule. His price was less than he quoted, which was already less than half the other quote I got. He was prompt and fast, and I've not had any problems with my dishwasher since.

Terry Appliances was on their list as a qualified stove appliance repair company. I contacted Mr Terry (owner) and explained the situation of which he said he was familiar with the problem and could repair it. I set an appointment with Mr Terry (owner) to repair the stove. Mr Terry arrived an hour and fifteen minutes late, drove up in an unidentified pickup truck, dumped his tools out of a fishing tackle box and proceeded to take apart my $3,000 stove. The control panel he brought and installed did not repair the problem and I was told he would have to come back another day with another circuit board unit. When he returned, he began once again to install new control boards. On this day he was dumping his tools atop my stainless steel range surface scratching the top surface, control knob plate and control board face plate. I kept asking him if he knew what he was doing and to address the scratches he caused on the stainless surfaces and ceramic floor tile that had also been chipped by his tools. He looked at me, put his tools back into his tackle box and said, " I can't fix it, you'll have to find someone else", and walked out of my home. I immediately contacted Old Republic who in turn contacted Mr Terry to discuss the matter of which he claimed none of that had happened. Old Republic then contacted his insurance company to get restitution for the damage and was told, he is identified by his insurance company (policy holder) as being only an air conditioning repair company and not a stove appliance repair company, and that they WOULD NOT pay for any of the damage. I then contacted the insurance company's 3rd party claims office and was told they would look into the claim. After they reviewed the claim I received a letter from them stating, " Based on the results of the investigation to date, it has been determined Terry Appliance's CGL policy does not provide coverage for his claim". Old Republic knowing the misrepresentation of Terry Appliances immediately contacted another in town appliance company who arrived the next day and completely repaired the stove. I was also told by the NEW tech ( and owner) that the work Mr Terry had done was not done correctly. Old Republic then went on to pay for the circuit board repairs and $932.41 to replace the damaged stainless steel range top. Mr Terry refused to take responsibility for his actions as was told to the Old Republic Home Warranty corporate office representative, thus the rating of "F" for all review categories above. I would not use them again.

Our microwave stopped working so I searched Angie's List for a repair person. I found Terry and when we called he scheduled us for the next day. He arrived on time, completed the repair in a timely manner and now we have a working microwave. Very professional, polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to have his help. Excellent job!

I called one day and Mr Terry was available the folloiwng morning. He showed up on time and got things done in under an hour.

Terry has a great company running. They do small appliances, ovens, stoves, microwaves, you name it and they do it. They did great repairing my refrigerator. I found that I was very pleased with it all. It was an old box refrigerator and they really seemed to know what they were doing. I gladly give them a good recommendation.
