It went great. Terri communicated very well at every step. Whatever she promised happened. We contacted Terri about two weeks ago. She walked through and gave us a quote. We had a few additional expenses (we changed colors after she ordered, and added a few small jobs) but everything was clear. Her and her crew showed up on time and left on time. At the end of the job, the place is completely clean. The paint work was expertly done. For her part Terri was delightful to work with. Terri did amazing work. We'd recommend her to anyone, and if we have any painting needs in the future we'll be calling Terri.

We used Terri and team before when we painted our very red kitchen to a light blue. Just like the first job, their team did an amazing job! Terri came out within a day to look over the job and provide me with a quote. There was a lot of work that needed done, particularly on the larger bedroom that was a bright purple. The quote was honestly higher than I expected, but she worked with me on the quote, which I certainly appreciated. Each day they were prompt and went straight to work, I never had to worry about checking in on them and was always surprised about the amount of progress that was made. Both rooms turned out fantastic and without a doubt we will always use Terri and team for any painting jobs. Hiring someone for painting can be scary, especially on rooms that have a lot of focus in the home. If you want someone that does quality work, is reliable and will not disappoint you in any way - Terri is your woman!

Terri called me literally within minutes of my online request and came out the next day to give an estimate. Her estimate was in the upper range, but she included more work than the others. She noticed right away some issues that needed to be included that others did not. She estimated 2 weeks for the job and finished right on time. Every day she and her crew were prompt, careful in moving things, and clearly are professional painters. Every evening they cleaned and put away their materials. I could not be more happy with the results! I highly recommend Terri.

Integrity, pleasant, punctual, pride of workmanship, attention to detail. All words that describe Terri. The first job she did for us included painting some in the interior, and pressure washing and painting the exterior trim, guttters & garage doors. Interior corners and edges were very clean. She and her crew were very careful to cover furniture and floors that were exposed, so there was not a spot on anything that wasn't meant to be painted. The exterior was finished just as nicely. We asked Terri to come back a few months later to sand, stain and finish a new stair rail and posts. Once again, a job well done. We former "do-it-yourselfers" will now call Terri for any other painting needs we have.

Terri was the first to answer my calls and the first to give a quote. Her price was not the lowest but worth it. She did a professional job with quality paint. There's very little leftover paint, so she planned it perfectly. Terri and her employee Lino did all of the edging freehand and quickly. No blue tape! A couple of things needed to be changed along the way and they were completed as requested. I recommend Terri for any painting jobs!

This was one of the worst painting contractors that I have ever hired. I hired Terri to support a woman-owned business and paid 20% more than any other bid I got for the paint job. My hope was that it will be a job well done with attention to detail as I couldn't supervise myself with my work schedule. But I was sadly mistaken and disappointed. Terri leaves it to her subs to do the job on their own and does not supervise adequately. The problems were more than one and I can't even undo these easily. 1) Did not pressure wash the garage side of house at all, when I pointed out, Terri said they will do it before painting begins, but then her guys proceeded to paint over the dirty garage door. 2)I think they broke two of my storm windows glasses and threw away the glass frame - and then claimed they were not there to begin with! I understand that things break and sometimes go wrong - Had they been honest, at least I could have have the glass repaired for 20 bucks, now I will have to buy new storm windows. 3) Failed to scrub down the metal banisters to remove old paint by the front door before painting. Now I have a lumpy finish on the front entrance to my house. 4) Was late in finishing the job - said three to four days max., it actually got done over 2 weeks, some of the days, no one even showed up at the job site. I had called the 3 references Terri gave me - who had great things to say about her work. but unfortunately after my experience, I question their credibility.

They did a good job overall. They were very responsive to the small things I pointed out that I thought needed to be fixed or redone. Terri is a kind professional person and very easy to work with. I was able to communicate with her at anytime. They did underestimate the time it would take to finish the job which did interfere a bit with other subcontractors. Overall I was pleased with the service and would use them again.

It went well. They were timely, professional and friendly. They did quality work. Got offer on the house a few weeks after.

Due to issues with condo, I kept Terri waiting for months to start the job. She was extremely professional and hung in there with me until we could start. Did a fantastic job on all aspects of the job. The place looks great and was I think was well priced for the work. Highly recommended.

We had several areas painted including foyer (with 17ft ceiling), 3 staircases, all trim including multiple shadowboxes on staircases and family room, 2 hallways, one bedroom, outside front door plus repair of 2 small ceiling defects. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend to any Angie's List members. Terri and Kevin were very easy to work with and did such a beautiful job. It is clear they take pride in their work and made this a stress-free experience. Everything was neat and clean at the end of the day. Special attention to detail. Now we don't want to move! Terri and her partner did an excellent job. They pay special attention to detail and treat your things as if they are their own. Their strategy is to paint one room at a time so they can have it all put back together when you get home from work so as to inconvenience you as little as possible. They are both very friendly, quiet people. They were a pleasure to work with and I feel like the price was good for the quality of work they perform. I would use them again.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The workers were very neat and cleaned up the work sites well. I will definitely use Terri's again.

.. I understand services and contractors are behind because of the weather . I was surprised we did not receive a call to reschedule our appointment, but the roads are clear so I sat at home 1 & 1/2 hr waiting . I called Terri and was told we would have to wait until February 8, because of snow and she was busy.. I would expect a call from the contractor , we are painting the complete interior of our home and the last thing we will do is hirer some one that is too busy or can't call a client to reschedule an appointment.

I thought they were excellent. They did a very good job and they were very conscientious. They worked with my schedule. They were responsive but they got behind in another job that they were doing so they weren't able to totally meet our schedule.

They were excellent. It was a little slow because they had to cancel because they said they had some sort of stuff so they had to reschedule. But when they did actually come, they did an excellent job. They showed up on time. They were very neat. They cleaned up after themselves.

I could not decide on my colors since I am living in a rented condo. Terri was very patient and gave me several opportunities to use her services. The only reason the service was not performed is because I changed my mind. However, due to my contact with Terri, I gained a referral to another company to help me with a real estate problem. That same referral also helped someone in my office. I am very pleased with Terri's professionalism and her willingness to help. Would highly recommend her to other friends

Terri came by and looked at the space that needed to be painted. She explained what type of paint she would used and how she would paint our ceilings, which are over 12 feet tall! her quote was very reasonable and she was very nice and knowledgeable. She is very busy and book very quick, so we put something on the book A few weeks later, Terri and her partner Kevin started the work They fixed a lot of the holes in the walls, and primed the wall The next day they started to paint and they have great attention to details and all the trims were done perfectly. We asked them half way thru if they could do a bedroom and bathroom too, they agreed to it but had to check their schedule. Since they are very book, they decided to do the bathroom and bedroom on a Sunday. the entire project took about a week and it was done perfectly, I will without a doubt recommend Terri's Quality painting to anyone and will use them for all my future painting projects

It went GREAT! Terri is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly professional and punctual. It's rare that you find punctuality to be a virtue among contractor or home improvement professionals. Terri is a gem. Even when providing an estimate she was punctual. It was evident she and her painting partner, Kevin, really cared about the job they were doing and took their time to really do a great job. I couldn't be happier with the the job turned out and would highly recommend Terri to anyone. I fell back in love with my house because of her. :)

Terri did a walk through to discuss our painting needs and take notes for the estimate. She and her partner (Kevin?) were very personable and we chatted with them for a little while. Within a couple days we received an estimate that was very comparable to another estimate, but since Terri's reviews were so fantastic we went with her company. She answered our many questions and made sure everything was good to go. We had a more formal walkthrough before the painting started to provide the colors we wanted and confirm which rooms would be which colors. Terri worked her schedule out to start painting fairly quickly so that we could move into our house quicker, actually finishing in half the time estimated (2 days instead of 4). The painting itself was good, and although there was some minor clean up needed afterward (spackle drips and sanding dust), there were two concerns I followed up with Terri on. There was paint on several switches and outlets and we thought there might have been some paint spilled on the office carpet. For the first item, when I asked Terri about it she said that it should not have been from them as their policy is to cover the outlets/switches with tape. On the second item, the day after painting was complete we were at the house and discovered damp carpet in our office that was rectangular in shape and seemed to have some dried paint on one edge of the damp part. Having had our carpets cleaned a week prior, this seemed out of place. When I asked Terri about it she said she was not aware of any spills. Having not lived in the house at that point, it seemed difficult to argue the point on these two items further and whether someone in the crew forgot something or whether some of it was like that before so I didn't follow up any further. Overall the paint looks great on the walls and I appreciate the hustle to finish so quickly.

Kevin painted our kitchen cabinets and kitchen island and installed new cabinet hardware. Everything went smoothly and he did a wonderful job! This is the second time we've used Terri's Quality Painting and we will definitely use them again in the future. Not only do Terri and Kevin do a great work, they are a pleasure to work with.

The interior painting went incredibly smoothly and looks really great. The painters moved very fast and were careful to insure possessions were protected during the process and accurately replaced after the process. The exterior painting was organized through subcontractors who were not very reliable or responsive. But the job got done and the results are very good.

Terri was an absolute pleasure to work with. they were very professional, put everything back as they found it, the work was excellent and the price was very good. I was 100% pleased and would not hesitate to use them again and to refer them to others.
