My computer was fixed promptly and at a reasonable cost.   Jamin replaced a part of the hard drive, cleared off viruses and updated me to Windows 10, and gave me some tips on how to use it. It works a lot better now. My favorite part was the customer service -- he is just a really nice guy. I will definitely use his business again in the future the next time I have computer issues.
