Phone is just like new. They made sure it worked and I was happy before charging. It's 20 to open up no mater what but they make sure they can fix it before charging for the repair. Luckily I did power it off right after pulling it out of the bathtub, because as good as they are, it could have been totally ruined if I received calls or tried to use it while wet
