System 5 Electronics was founded in 1990 by Maceo A. Brown and is one of the fastest growing burglar alarm companies in Georgia. Our headquarters and Call Center are located in Georgia. Our goal is to meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, rapid response and error-free monitoring services. We also believe that home security should be affordable and reliable to ensure the safety and security of your family and assets; this is also why we monitor locally and our rates are among the lowest across the metro Atlanta area.

When speaking with the owner of the company (CEO) it was like talking to a used car salesman. He would tell you anything he thought you wanted to hear. Once the equipment was installed he kept insisting he told us stuff before we purchased it that he never told us. Likewise he omitted facts about the equipment shortcomings, which we had to find out after we purchased it. We also ran into a problem which he told us there was no solution for which we fixed ourselves after reading the owners' manual.
