Kevin called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he spent time asking about my plans to plant a new tree where the former tree stood. I showed him the +/- 5 foot dogwood I had. He took extra time to grind the mulch from the tree stump more finely to welcome the roots of the young tree. He also left a hole bigger and deeper than he would usually leave because he knew I was the one who would be planting the dogwood. Kevin gave me step by step directions for planting the new tree. Although Kevin brought his stump grinder onto my lawn, there was no damage to the grass. He also raked as much of the mulch up as possible.
Friendliness, patience, and professionalism - I can't imagine a better experience. I highly recommend Kevin and his tree services!
