PERFECT. This team was terrific. Quick show up after order. GREAT quality work. Pleasant professional fast and with great clean up. Could not have asked for better. Will definitely use again and highly recommended without hesitation.

The only reason i rated some things other than perfect...the person I was dealing with Florin was very responsive and always returned calls or called to inform where we were in the process. Unfortunately someone was supposed to come the day after thanksgiving to measure for the countertop and he never showed. I was told he would be here at a certain time and he would call if it changed. We never heard from the guy and he never showed up. Nothing worse than waiting on someone when you have rearranged your plans to accommodate them. The measuring got done the following Monday. The install was the following Monday and the granite was installed and just beautiful. The installers were very accommodating in drilling 3 holes for the faucets even though my chosen faucets only required one hole. I asked for in the future if we or a new owner wanted to change the faucet the holes wouldn't be there. It was no problem and no extra charge to do this and the faucet kit included a cover to cover 3 or 1 hole. The backsplash is equally as lovely. The finished product looks very nice and very high end. Nothing cheap here. So pretty.

Very Well. Tricky bc we had to find a sink small enough to fit, but Florin was able to make it work with a little ingenuity. Also, there was a little correction that was needed to the backsplash in one bathroom as it didn't line up exactly right. I called Florin and he came to look at the problem. He was able to correct it, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I would definitely call Florin again! Great business ethics!
