He's an intelligent fellow and not afraid to take on something to try to help. He's careful. That's the kind of person you want with a problem when you don't have a specialist for the particular thing or whatever you happen to have. It's very reasonable. He was working in the rain, under extreme conditions and he stayed until he was done. He worked even at night with a flashlight and so I admire that.
