Perfect! My clients limited English made it hard to translate every detail and he needed me to interpret each area of insurance they were purchasing. The agent was extremely patient thru this process and emailed the policy so we could continue to process their paperwork for a lease they wanted.

Over all my experience was very good,  I phoned the agent, He took my information over the phone and called my back with my options of coverage for my home and autos. I was very impressed with the level of commitment .

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Worked with Alice at the agency. Alice was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable regarding both products. During the very few times she wasn't available when I called, I always received a return call that day, even at 6:30pm once. She is also willing to do everything via email (that is possible) so you don't have to drive in to the office if you don't want to (although you are more than welcome to do so if you prefer). I did call in with payment information, as I don't really trust email for credit card info. Overall I would recommend the Ray Rogers agency for those that live in the NE Atlanta (and corresponding suburbs) area. Why wouldn't I recommend this agency for other areas? Wide variances in premiums. One insurance company may be the cheapest/best agency in one area of town...but in another area of town...it may be the most expensive. All insurance companies are similar in that aspect. Always call around and receive at least 3 quotes from reputable insurance companies.

They were helpful, courteous, and informative. They explained everything in detail and explained all of the differences in coverage, including deductibles.I was very pleased.

State Farm is reputable because they are a large place that provides coverage to folks in our area. We feel like we get a good price and we like the policies we have with them. Now I would tell other people that if they need a good insurance company to try using State Farm. They have been real good to us.

I have been pleasantly surprised with Ray Roger`s office. Location is super convenient in Toco Hills Shopping Center and office staff is extremely friendly. They helped work with me to get my quote down to reasonable price.
