I'm a only employee, unless its a really big job,then I can get other people involved.When installing or restetching carpet I ONLY use a POWER STRETCHER.If an installer comes to your house and don't have a POWER STRETCHER tell them to get out of your house.You will only have problems later on. I warrant all my installations for life of carpet, if anything goes wrong all you have to do is call.I except cash or check.I do a 60 mile radius of Atlanta,any further thier will be a trip charge.When a Service Tech or Start-Ups is needed we will need to talk about charges and or air fares
