STAGE IT RITE

The job was done very well, and heeding also my taste and requests. I setup the appointment for staging three weeks prior, and the company performed precisely per schedule. They brought in a truck load of furniture, from which they picked, mixed and matched as per the interior space and color scheme of the house. The furniture did not look new, but looked dignified and interesting. Window treatments were simple and tasteful. They brought in pictures, bed linen, bath towels. After the work was done, the house looked naturally well coordinated, spacious and bright. I really do think that the staging has worked to our advantage, and have had nothing but positive comments from prospective buyers. The house has been on the market for 6 months, and is currently under contract. The company charges additional rental charges per month for the furniture. I liked some of the rented pieces and bought them, bringing down my rental fees.
