It went very well. He was out in less than 24 hours, he found the problem, explained it, and told us what to do the next time something similar happens. He was extremely professional and friendly. He wanted to make sure we understood what we were paying for rather than just blindly charging us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs help with their heating or AC.
