I have been with them for a long time, probably 10-15 years. I think the price is too much but it's in line with the rest of what everybody else is charging. Actually, it's one of the cheaper. The price is reasonable if I want to consider what everybody else is doing. I'm not happy at all with my last 2 times interacting with them. I continue to be with them not because I want to. I'm locked into a plan that right now I have no way of getting out of. I have nothing but complaints with them lately. They don't respond. I have to go to them. If I have a problem, I have to call them or get a hold of them. If I can get out of the plan, I will not use them again. I have no way of getting out of the plan right now the way they structured it. I have 5 phones and each phone has a different renewal date so I always have one phone that needs renewal which they brought me into another 2 year contract. Once I have it, I find out there's no way out of it so they have me handicapped into it. The last 2 times I had to go to them, they either omitted important information or outright lied to me about something so I made a decision based on incomplete information that they knew or inaccurate data that they gave me which kept me in this plan. I'm not happy at all with the service I get from Sprint. I know now. If I wasn't involved with them, I would not get involved with them. That's probably true about all phone companies. I haven't found a good one yet. I haven't been with Verizon yet, but they are the most expensive. They charge about twice what everybody charges but maybe there's a reason. When they charge twice as much, they can be honest and straightforward about what they provide.

I have been with Sprint for probably about 10 years. I like Sprint's pricing, I think it's really good. Their voice service is pretty good in Washington D.C.. I was able to get a really good phone with them.

My husband worked for them for thirty two years. Also, a lot of my family work for them, I have a brother who works for them, and a younger brother and sister who work for them. I do not work for them. They are good and they are Johnny-on-the-spot, if we need anything. I spend $65 a month on the cellphone, and $60 on the home phone, so I spend about $125 every month. In case I need a new home phone, I can order it through them and have it within a week, or if we want to upgrade to a cordless or whatever. We know them very well, and we get good customer service.
