Kaseem gave me a quote over the phone before seeing what needed to be done. I asked him to come and look at it first, he did. After we talked and he saw what was needed to be done, we agreed on a price. Project: (1. Clean off roof 2. Chemically remove moss from roof 3. Clean up debris from around the house. 4.Remove ivy vines growing on side of a house). After discussing the ivy an extra $100 was added to the charge. I was told that the ivy would be easy for him to take down. I paid him $50 over the asking price only to still have part of the ivy left on the side of my house. I was told by Kaseem that the ivy was hard to come off and what tool I should use to get it off and if I hired him to pressure my house he would get the remaining ivy down. Something he had already been paid and agreed to do. I had to wait on an emailed receipt/invoice and he conveniently did not put the removal of the ivy on it. I always try and employ businesses of color. This was the thanks I get! An incomplete job.

"This is unfortunate, we professionally cleaned your roof removing over 100 pounds of debris from the roof, including trees, brushes, massive ant mounds growing / nesting on top of the roof. All of this debris was removed from the roof and cleaned up. We are based out of Atlanta and I explained to you that we would need to get back to the office to write you a detailed receipt and provide you with before and after pictures for your insurance company.
