Southern Signature Landscaping

We have a contract with them. It costs $125 a month. Overall experience with them has been very good. They do a good job and their price is reasonable. Their employees are excellent.

They come and get the work done on time. There are usually three or four people here doing the work and they do a great job. Scheduling is just fine.

We contracted with Morgan Taylor a design consulting landscaping company who represented southern signature landscaping. We contracted with them in May of 2012 , final payment was made in October 2012.
We were told the project would take approximately 6 weeks, beginning to end was almost 6 months.
 weeks. Its delay after delay, excuse after excuse, promises I promise.
  part of the landscaping contract included 500 ft.² of Emerald Zoysia  grass. We told the delay in installing was because the supplier was still group was still growing it , attitude to shipments because looser this fire ran out of material. when they were finished they did not roll what to smooth it out but told us that they would settle itself is about 3 years. We had additional expense contracting with another  vendor  to smooth out the backyard and replace the patches of grass that needed to be replaced.
  they  installed 2 trees  one was a very sickly looking tree which they said was the best their  vendor had, we will have to replace the tree. We call them to replace one Azalea bush a month ago which they said they would do we have not seen or heard from him since.We were $3,000 dollars for a small pond, it does not work properly. this said they would take care of having it fixed we have not heard from them.
 we have more stories than you can find is a Disney book of fairytales. The few items listed above are a very small sampling of what turned out to be a landscaping project from h***.

He comes when he said he's gonna come. He does a good job. He makes sure everything is nice and neat and cleaned up when he was finished. I'm very happy.
