I was put on a waiting list by the other pool companies. This pool company was very sympathetic to our cause. We had just bought a house as-is with a pool we did not know how to operate. Lewis and Edgar were like Nasa engineers take everything apart and fixing right on the spot. They had everything they needed on the truck and it was fast. They saved our pool. Jonathan the owner came by and did a pool class on how the pool works. He is very knowledgable and adds the right amount of humor to the mix.

First off, these guys are freakin amazing. Edgar and Lewis are highly knowledgable of the system and more in-depth parts of the system like checking the inside of pumps if needed. They took the polaris apart like a mad scientist and had it back together in minutes and it was like a space probe from Nasa working on the pool. Amazing. I called a lot of other pool companies. They all said the same thing. We are too busy or too booked to come right now. Jonathan was very sympathetic to my cause and saved our pool. We just bought a house as-is with a pool and no one told how to use. This pool company came thru big time when everyone else was just too busy. Well, we dont need them anymore. We got this guy from now on. Way to go Jonathan. Your the best.

Jonathan was great! He showed up when he said he would and spoke with us about the pool at the house. He took the time to explain things that he would put in the inspection report and calmed our nerves about purchasing a home with an in-ground pool. His inspection report was detailed and professional and he sent it the same day as the inspection. He showed us the basic systems and answered our questions. The inspection also comes with a "Pool School" included. That means that if we buy this house, he will come back after we move in and teach us how to use chemicals and maintain our pool on our own at no additional cost. 
The most refreshing part of this inspection was that he wasn't trying to sell us anything. There was no pressure to commit to purchasing his services after we move in and he didn't have an alarmist attitude toward anything about the pool. For that reason, I guarantee we will call Jonathan when it is time to make improvements to the pool or if we ever decide to hire a service to care for the pool for us. Highly recommend!!
