Nightmare! Project started mid-May. Didn’t end until August due to staining. However; so many shortcuts were made it came to the point we couldn’t stand addressing the issues anymore nor did the owner John want to discuss his crews mistakes. They say they thrive on customer satisfaction, there was NO satisfaction. Only a shoddy job excused by miscommunications. Patio installed cracking and falling apart in 4 months. Decking disaster! Crew was not educated on how to install composite material. We have railings that is not level nor do they match the other railings. Deck post at different sizes. Composite material not nailed down. Nails sticking out. List goes on.... My husband is now trying to finish the decking and the staining. Waste of 60k! Find yourself a professional not a DYI “professional”.
