 + -1 moreKevin was able to qualify us the very first time I spoke to him on the phone. The day we decided to purchase a house he was able to complete all the paperwork and have it courier to my office by noon. He always personally answered his phone and provided the best service. Next time I buy a home I will call Kevin. His service is wonderful and he was able to lock us in at an unbelievable rate too. A+ company.

 + -1 moreI was stunned when she called me back and said she had found a lender that would work with me, lousy credit and all! It took her less than two hours to place my loan and I had been trying for two months, with no success at all. It was a total turn around and we just scheduled closing and I am interviewing contractors to start on my dream project. I thought it couldn't be done. I love being wrong! It was easier than I thought by a long shot, and I am a very happy camper!
Description of Work: I needed to purchase and rehab the old "family" home. My credit was in the toilet and I thought my only resort was a "hard money lender". When I spoke to one and found out the rates, I basically ran screaming from the room and started to search for any kind of alternative out there. I saw a posting and decided to give a call to see if there were any options for me other than "vulture capitalist". I spoke to Janet, and she promised to see what we could do with some "clever" alternate financing.

 + -1 moreThe process was smooth and easy. Janet explained everything completely and took us through the process step by step and even made us laugh in the process. She didn't push us and best of all unlike other mortgage people, she actually returns calls promptly and usually answers her phone and gives you her undivided attention. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a mortgage!
Description of Work: We had several credit issues and couldn't get anyone to help us until we ran across Janet. She was a godsend. She listened to us completely and totally understood where we were coming from. I will be recommending her to everyone I know as she was so easy to talk to and gets results!

 + -1 moreIt was the easiest transaction I have ever done, and it was even fun. These people listened more than they talked, and carefully explained the different programs available and the "good, the bad and the ugly" of each one. I felt like their focus was on finding the right financial fit for me, not just plugging me into something to get me to the closing table. This was easier than getting a Macy's card and a whole lot more fun. In addition to being fun, they saved me thousands of dollars in fees and saved me from a costly mistake, and that made me VERY HAPPY!
Description of Work: I lost my job and needed to get an equity line set up in a hurry! It was a very stressful time and I was scared to death of the entire process. FICA scores, option arms, interest only; I don't speak "financial" and was clueless as to where to start.
