Mitch is a consummate professional who really knows his business! Everything Mitch did was excellent. He & his team came ready to go & got a big job done the same (long day). Everything went as planned, and no surprises. Despite having to bring lots of equipment to the attic & through the living room to get outside, they did not make a mess of any kind. The high-efficiency system Mitch installed performed even better than expected – my electric bills dropped 30%.

Overall, we have had to call him back multiple times. The a/cs were installed OK but the heatpump was very, very noisy so we had to call him out to fix. The duct work was just horrible. We had to call him out the first time for the basement - the duct was basically falling down and completely separated at the "Y" junction. The second time was the attic. Again the duct work was separating (yes, huge gaps when we had 95F weather in ATL)- the attic, of course, much hotter. I also checked the attic furnace. it was leaking a/c like a sieve. I called him to get it taken care of. He returned my call to say it would be AT LEAST 2 weeks before he could call back to come out. The time has come and gone. Dont hire this guy.

"customer had negative situation with builder. we were called in to address ductwork which was previously existing, and we were wrongly blamed by customer. her heat pump noise was abated by simple control change. she expected to have these issues put in front of customers who had more pressing needs, and insisted on having priority, even though she wasn't very nice. I wouldn't work with her again."
