In August of 2013, we received a signed affidavit from the general contractor certifying that all subcontractors on our project had been paid in full.
On April 9th, 2014, Sloan Painting and Design filed a $600 lien on my home for services that they say were due and payable on February 20, 2014 -- approximately seven (7) months after Josh Sloan stood on my front porch and told me to take care of the punchlist myself and approximately nine (9) months after he "completed" work on our home.
I have pictures of all unfinished and shoddy work (because the issues still have not been addressed), and I can add them to this review so that others can see the type of work this company does.
They worked tirelessly to be sure the prep was thorough before picking up a paint brush. Professional, honest, prompt and polite.
I will never use another paint contractor, & will tell all my friends & family not to bother getting other bids- Just use Sloan Painting & save yourself the bad experience I went through before finding this paint contractor!
I could not be more pleased, & I am particular!
