He subcontracted everything out. They quality of the work was good. They were not very responsive and professional.

They did not finish what they were supposed to. They pretty much left me hanging. They removed the old shower and put in the tiles but not the glass to the shower. I had to call them every day to see if they were going to show up. They would go a week without coming. I took days off work to be here never knowing if they would show up or not. I told them not to come back because I was tired of not knowing when they were going to show up or not. I had to ask the owner to make corrections to the tile, and they never got corrected. They were not punctual or responsive at all.
