Our team is experienced in developing solutions to improve your storage, organization and access in the kitchen, bathroom, closets and other storage areas. We are not a cookie-cutter product. Our process and product solutions are developed to be customized based on your specific problem and needs. We have 3 Designers for our service area. Each has received extensive training to understand how to adapt ShelfGenie solutions to specific homeowner situations. Our appointments are generally 90 minutes to 2 hours. This allows you and your designer the time to discuss what is important to you and to develop a successful solution. We have 2 Certified ShelfGenie Installers. the shelves are alright, but what they had to do to refinish the shelves, wasn't to my satisfaction. It wasn't done correctly in my opinion.

I bought the $500 dollar coupon several months before completion of our new house, ShelfGenie was very flexible about delaying the start of the project. The actual project took longer than expected, about six weeks from initial consultation and measurement to final installation. The materials and workmanship were top quality. Before deciding on the arrangement of drawers and shelves have a clear and specific idea of what your want to store in the pantry and how you want to use the space. The arrangement does allow us to make better use of the space and it looks nice, but to be honest @ $3,000 dollars it is a luxury not a necessity.

Arline Williams made a great effort to fix the drawers, including ordering two new ones. Her installer, Warren, worked for six hours correcting all the wrongs. I am now a very happy customer. It's great to have a company what follows up in such a professional manner.

Took advantage of Angie's List Big deal to knock the price down a bit. Still expensive, but very convenient to use after installation. All of a sudden, all those items at the back of the base cabinets are easy to reach. Had some problems with Shelf Genie. Manager had trouble finding quality installers in the area; had to let one gone. Ended up bringing up an installer from Norfolk Beach part-time to help signed up customers get their products in a timely manner. However, due to the problem, it was about 5 weeks after I signed the contract before the shelves were installed. Not the manager's fact, she was trying very hard to get the assigned work done, just couldn't find the right people who she could depend on for prompt installation.
I'd use them again. I've got bad knees, and the slide-out shelves on the kitchen base cabinets means I can use more of the cabinet space effectively. Expensive product, but better than wasting all that cabinet space or having to crawl on the floor to reach items in the back of the cabinets. That problem is now a thing of the past

It went very well. Had a very pleasant and talented representative come to the house complete with a computer and printer. She took lots of measurements, drew plans for the closet and printed out a proposal. No pressure at all.
