Workers ok but installed the work bench, for which we paid extra, improperly. The main problem is the workmanship on the product. Every single nail has a nail hole, some of nails going into the material almost halfway, indicating that the pressure on the nail gun was set too high for the material. Each and every nail hole had to be caulked before painting so the outcome would not look like crap. In addition, the wood used for the door and for the window trims was all rough cut and required extensive sanding (over 100 ft. worth of sanding) since there were splinters everywhere. The irony is that the INSIDE of the doors was nice smooth wood, leaving us to wonder why the finished, smooth side was on the inside rather than the outside. Would never buy this product again or recommend it to anyone.

Couldn't have gone better. They were really courteous, they got the job done faster than I could have imagined, and they left the yard in perfect condition.

Bought the shed at Home Depot and it was delivered and installed by Sheds USA. The people who arranged the delivery were so helpful and understood that most people don't get a shed delivered everyday. They walked me through the entire process and set up a date and time just 11 days from when I ordered! Remember this shed was custom made! The guys that came to build my shed were polite and friendly and boy did they work as a team! The shed was done in a little over two hours and my yard was spic and span!
I get so many compliments on my shed and I'm sure several of my neighbors have ordered one as well. My only regret was not getting a bigger one!

The shed is tipping over three inches because it was not set up properly in the back. They put an eight inch block and a two by eight in the back, but they must have dug too deep. Water was coming in the windows and they did replace the two windows that were damaged. This was mainly caused because of the way the shed was tipping. I called and left a voicemail about three days ago to repair the shed and was told that someone would get ahold of me within twenty four hours, but at this time, no one has.
