"Thank you so much for your positive feedback regarding SEAGRAVES PLUMBING. I am pleased that you will call us again and refer us in the future and we will always strive to give you the best service possible. Even though you felt our prices deserved a "B", we do continuously strive to be competitive with our prices. In the future, please feel free to discuss your concern with our technician and I feel sure he will discuss the reason for the cost he quotes and if possible reduce it if at all possible. Thanks again for allowing us to serve your plumbing needs and we look forward to serving you in the future."
"So sorry that you were unhappy with our price and quality of work. We have been in business 76 years and two of the crew members that were at your house have been with us more than 25 years each. I have never had a complaint regarding their expertise or discussion of the system. Usually they are anxious to set the homeowner's mind at ease. As far as our prices go, we have no hidden costs and we have not increased our pump charges in about 5 yrs. I have been told that some other companies (not all) often quote a lesser charge on the phone but begin adding $$$$ on the job site. Again, I am so sorry that we disappointed you but will keep your comments in mind and continue to strive to give the very best possible service. Your business is greatly appreciated."
"Thank you for your kind remarks and we do strive daily to take care of our customers and treat them the way we would want to be treated. Please feel free to call us for any plumbing needs, inside or outside."

I certainly am not well versed in plumbing materials and labor costs, so my judge of value may not be reasonable. They did remove the old unit, and that is certainly necessary. But $1,100 seemed steep for the unit + 45-60 minutes worth of work. Based on my one experience, Seagraves struck me as great for the "just get it done" job - I don't want to have to think or worry about quality or professionalism...just get it done...and I'm willing to pay some premium for that assurance.
I called them because I needed services on the dishwasher. He couldn't fix it.
Also I asked him to look at the stove because one of the igniters was not working. When the ried to turn the igniter on, it immediately worked. So there was no need to fix it and I was still charged $35 for diagnostic!!
His visit was a total of $75 for NOT fixing the dishwasher and diagnostic of the igniter that was NOT broken,
Not happy with their service at all!!
"Sorry that we disappointed your expectations. We do strive to please every customer but sometimes we fail. I do hope you will give us another chance to please you. Thank you."

"Thank you so much for allowing us to send our septic crew to your home. We try to treat our customers as we would like to be treated and it is wonderful when customers like yourself notice. Thank you for allowing us to serve you and will look forward to serving you in the future. Your "tips" were greatly appreciated and will be passed on to our crew. Thanks again and keep in mind that we do have full line plumbing with master plumbers on staff to serve you."
