Scott's was punctual, reliable, with great customer service. We were provided a time and date and everything they said they would do, they did. We still use them. We have found our match.

I have had it with them. They are rude, the "General Manager" yelled at me and hung up on me. I feel like I have been bait and switched over the years and recieved no service for the payment they have recieved.Is it my responsibility to see that they follow through once paid? I feel I can get better service elsewhere and intend to use Angie's list to find it.
