It was within the past month. It was $300. We keep going back to them for service because they are timely, communicate well, offer a loan or car, and get everything convenient, for sure to find cheaper prices but they keep everything running very well. They are all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Since they did all the work, if we have questions about what was done, when, they can pull things out, can print out, and everything. They did what they said they are going to do and find anything that will call you.

It is always hit and miss with this location.  I bought my new car there and have been there 5 times in the last three years for maintenance visits.  It is easy to make an appointment on the phone.  However, when I pull into the service area it is always a wait to have someone greet me.  Some times, it is hard to find anyone.  There are about 5 or 6 reps in their little offices but they all look really busy or talking to someone on the phone.  One of the reps is extra rude.  Another one is extra friendly and then tries to sell me additional services or products, which I hate.  The time it takes to do the service seems reasonable.  However, I don't think I will go back.

My wife went it to get a headlight changed...they made her wait more than an hour then scheduled another date to come back. When she did, they didn't have the part they needed. Total waste of time.

I brought the car in with specific things I wanted fixed (mainly door/window/dash lights/and 150K service) they came back with $3500 worth of repairs that needed to be done. This was not too shocking because I knew the car (98 Camry LE) had a lot of deferred maintenance, however I couldn't afford that much at once. The service representative went over the different repairs as many times as I needed and explained them well. He also advised me which ones he would wait on if it were his car. This was helpful in my being able to postpone over $1000 worth of work. So far so good. The car was supposed to be done by the end of the day, but I did not receive a phone call. I called them, and they said it was done. But when I got there the window and the door were not fixed properly. I was unhappy and the service manager assured me that I would not be responsible for paying for any additional repairs. I had to return the following morning for the additional fixes. They had to fix a different part of the window and reattach a hubcap. The bottom line is that they had to do at least $300 more in parts and labor and did not charge me for it, no questions asked. They did not try and argue about what was and wasn't fixed properly. They knew they were in the wrong and went out of the way to make it right. Because of that I would probably go there again.

They over-pressurized my engine by putting too much oil in it and it blew a gasket. They managed to take my car in quickly, but they ruined it. I had to take my car somewhere else to get it cleaned out and repaired. I would never go back there for service.

At first they were decent until I had to hire a lawyer. The car came off the lot with problems and I wasted a lot of my time running back and forth dealing with issues a new car buyer should not have to do. I expected a lot more from Toyota.

I trusted them (the dealer) to perform satisfactory work, which they did, as they have a reputation to maintain. However, I was extremely unhappy with the cost overall that they tacked on to the parts cost. They charge such an inflated amount for the labor! I understand they have to be properly compensated for their work, but compared to other auto service places, the price for labor alone leaves many wondering if they should even be allowed to charge so high when other equally reputable companies charge half as much! I expected to pay no more than $3000 at the most and they couldn't give me a break on the cost which I could hardly afford! Just because they are "dealers" should not dictate that they can charge ridiculous amounts for service. They already make high profits from the vehicles they sell, why should we also pay too much for service from them, too? We the customers should also not have to buy original parts either; generic works just fine, too.

THEY COMPLETED THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULING SERVICE WITH ME. THE PHYSICAL SPACE IS VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL LOOKING, AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.
