It went well, and they have been supporting free tire-rotation and wheel balance since then.
Getting an appointment is difficult, and the wait times can be big if you are not shopping at the warehouse. However they did a good job with the tires, never had any problem ever since.
I would like them to be little more reasonable in their wait times and having the options of appointment.

Sam's offers great deals on auto work. I have come to really rely on them. First of all, they usually beat the prices of other places in this area and second of all, you get a pretty good package deal by the time they throw in insurance, do the balancing, and everything like that. The people that work there are real good to deal with. They are polite and they also get your car back to you in a quick fashion.

This was a little bit of a mess. I purchased the gazebo and there was a problem with the manufacturing of the roof. I called the manufacture and they would not help me with it. I then called Sam's Club back and the manager made all the efforts he could to solve the problem for me. I thought he was very professional.
