I'm their biggest fan! They are able to fix issues with my car that no other dealership can. I've had the car for a little over a year. I took the car to a dealership in New Jersey, who couldn't fix it. So, I took the car to S and J, and they were able to look at the car and know exactly what the issue was -- it was a commonly occuring problem in that model.

They were very responsive and their initial estimate to repair the alternator was half of the price quoted by the Saab dealership. While there I inquired as to other problems I was having ( transmission issues caused by deteriorating engine mounts) and faulty theft alarm. Sand J did not pressure me to repair, but advised me of the estimated cost which I decided to go forward with. Repairs were performed on time and for the estimated cost. Performed good quality work and I would use them again.

Searched for a while for a Saab auto repair company. This site was Saab only. Found other web sites that gave them a good rating. Joined Angies list to see that they had. Angies list had a good rating, but no good info. Took a chance.

I knew before calling that the AC compressor was locked up. Checked replacement parts at Autozone and it came to $600. I estimated for a service center to repair the system, it would be double the cost of parts plus labor. My estimate was $1500. I had to have the car towed to them. They gave me a recommendation, but told me that they were more expensive and to check others first. Nobody in my area would tow the car to downtown (near GA Tech), so I used their service. That started the good experience as I didn't have to tell them where to go as they already knew.
Upon review of the system, they told me that the AC compressor was locked up, so I didn't get a different answer than what I expected. That was good as I would have been very skeptical. They said it would be $1500 for the repair including labor, so I was correct on that also.
The car had an oil leak, so I had them check that out. They charged me $10 for a dye and determined that it was an incorrect washer on the drain plug and the oil sending unit was leaking. They told me I could change the oil to fix one of the leaks and that would be most of the leak, but that to replace the oil sending unit, they would have to remove the starter and it would be $200 labor and $35 for the part. They were honest about how much was leaking from it, how much work it would take and that the part was inexpensive. I had them perform the repair.
I also wanted them to check the tonneau top as the convertible top was hitting it on the way down. They charged em one hour labor and fixed that problem. That was worth it as the top has a wear mark and to replace the top is a few thousand.
In closing, the owners are women. My wife worked with them along with myself. They were professional, honest and friendly to work with. I will use them for any repair that I don't want to do myself. I would recommend them to anybody that has a Saab.

It went OK. They dropped the ball by not doing the pressure test when they promised and kept the car a day later than they promised. That wasn't too bad but time has eased that offense.

THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT SPECIALIZES IN SAABS. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND ARE HONEST. I AM VERY PARTICULAR ON WHO I DEAL WITH AND I AM PLEASED WITH THEM.
