Rose's Alterations

Rose's did all the alterations within the time we gave them.  They might have had them completed earlier than we asked, but there was a national holiday to schedule around, and we were going out of town the following weekend.  The gentleman who pinned the clothing was very efficient and responded well to our requests.  We left the clothing there on June 28, 2012.  We were given a receipt showing the cost of the entire project.  We picked them up on the appointed date: July 16, 2012. 
We brought shoes to wear with the clothes and we tried on each item before accepting them.There were a few little things that needed attention: a men's suit pant hem that was in need of sewing back in place so the heel wouldn't catch in it; an ironing touch up of a sleeve on a women's suit jacket, and a hook on one skirt waistband needed sewn down in place.  When we pointed this out the gentleman took them back into the shop and returned a few minutes later (less than 15 minutes).  By the time we got everything else packed up, they were ready and we paid for the work with a check.  Rose's accepts only cash or check.  Each article of clothing fit us very well.and we are very satisfied with our experience and will return for future work.
