From the narrative I described above, I continue the story, but this time we are the seller and not the buyer. We called Robert and told him we've got a second home that we want to sell. It's no secret that the selling side of the market is a little weak in the knees right now and we asked Robert, what can we do to make this house stand out and say, "buy me." Robert spent several hours with us, his knowledge, openness and general likeability working in tandem and resulting in a list of must do's, should do's and could do's all of which are valid and none of which are going to break the bank. The house will be going on sale in two weeks and I know we can count on Robert Gleadall to watch over us and help to make the deal a good one for us, for the buyer and for himself.
