 + -1 moreThey're not bad, not necessary the most responsive property manager I have had. They handle my rental property, I have a home with a renter in it. They handle any issues that come up, appliances down, they collect the payment and send it in. My main issue is the responsiveness. If i have a property with you I need to be gotten back to within in the same business day.

 + -1 moreRitan Property Group is managing my property that has an existing tenant, and has worked with her to make sure she pays her rent timely and in full. They also have under management two other properties that are presently vacant. Ritan Property Group is currently marketing these properties and arranging showings with potential renters. They are also screening the potential renters to make sure I get quality tenants in these properties, who will pay their rent on time.
Description of Work: Took over management of my 3 single-family residences.
