The experience couldn't have been better. We have had no major issues through the first year of our builder provided warranty, any any small issues that we have pointed out he has been more than willing to take care of immediately. Not once has he told us no, he always tells us not to hesitate to call him, his goal is to ensure we are happy. So not only have we been more than satisfied with the service and dealing with him, we have been extremely pleased with the quality of the construction. He definitely does things right, every detail. Most importantly he is honest, and a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend him for new construction or renovations.
